Welcome to My Driving Online

I’m Avril Dargie, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping people become safer, more competent drivers. As part of a small, passionate team, I work to provide the most effective training methods available. Together, we bring 92 years of combined experience in driver training, testing, and instructor mentoring across both Australia and the UK.

Drawing on my background as a TAFE and high school educator, I developed Start Right | Stay Safe, a video learning resource designed to support supervisors and learner drivers. Our goal is to ensure all Australians have access to the professional guidance found in structured driving lessons.

As trainers and learners, we understand the value of being able to revisit lesson instructions outside of practice sessions—to introduce new skills before driving and reinforce learning afterward. This resource accelerates skill development and enhances learning when used alongside supervising drivers and instructors.
