No Refund Policy for Online Driver Training Program - Australia

This No Refund Policy (“No Refund Policy”) is applicable to the online driver training program (“Start Right | Stay Safe”) offered by the business (“My Driving Online”) and is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). By accessing or using the Program, users agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

No Refund Policy

The Business does not provide refunds for the Program unless required by law. As per the ACL, certain consumer guarantees may entitle users to a refund, replacement, or repair for major failures in the Program. The provisions of this Policy do not affect or limit those rights.
